Supply volumes have dropped to their lowest level since June 2022, reaching 859,000 barrels per day (3.68 million tonnes), according to a review by the international pricing agency Argus, which has been accessed by RBC. The decline in deliveries to India can partly be attributed to increased pressure from the United States.
