USA (S&P 500 and others):

On 13 November, several significant American companies reported their results. Before the market opened, Disney (fiscal Q4 2025, report before session start) and cryptocurrency mining company Bitfarms (Q3, press release around 8:00 ET) announced their results. After the market closed on 13 November, American technology and industrial firms, such as Applied Materials (fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025 report released after 16:00 ET) and Virgin Galactic (Q3 2025, after NYSE close), published their reports. Additionally, that evening, quarterly results were released by Rekor Systems (AI systems for traffic management) – the company held a call at 16:30 ET, Luminar (LiDAR manufacturer for the automotive industry, release at 17:00 ET), the construction group Beazer Homes (final quarter of FY2025, release after close), and others. From the US financial sector, closed-end credit fund Eagle Point Credit Company published its Q3 report in the morning, followed by a call at 10:00 ET. In the small-cap segment, several companies caught investor attention on 13 November: Ondas Holdings (unmanned systems and networks, report before opening at 8:30 ET), Paysafe (payment provider, release and call in the morning), Gambling.com (online gambling service, report before trading begins), WorkSport (auto accessories and clean tech, results before opening), Red Cat (drones for defence, call at 16:30 ET), and Co-Diagnostics (diagnostics, after close). Overall, the American market witnessed a wave of quarterly reports on 13 November—with over 230 companies having reported, as per Yahoo Finance, which reflected in the increased volatility of certain stocks.

Europe:

Among the largest European companies (included in Euro Stoxx 50), no significant quarterly results were published on 13.11.2025. Most of the 3rd quarter reports in Europe were released earlier, at the end of October – early November. For example, Infineon (semiconductors, Germany) reported on 12 November, while several other Euro Stoxx 50 participants released their reports before 10 November. Nevertheless, it should be noted that Globant S.A., a global IT company with a legal address in Luxembourg (historically founded in Argentina), published its Q3 2025 results precisely on 13 November after the US markets closed. The company reported a revenue increase (~$615 million) and earnings of $1.54 per share, demonstrating continued business expansion in the digital services space. Thus, although the day 13 November was relatively quiet amongst key European corporations, certain multinational firms (like Globant) presented investors with positive quarterly results.

Asia:

In the Asian region, important reports were released on 13 November from both Chinese and Japanese issuers. Firstly, JD.com, one of China's largest e-commerce platforms, announced its Q3 2025 results on 13/11. The report from JD.com was issued before the US markets opened (corresponding to the evening of 13 November in Beijing), and the company held a conference call with investors at 7:00 ET. Chinese platform Bilibili – a popular video platform – also reported during this period; its Q3 results were disclosed within the trading day of 14 November Moscow time (i.e., shortly after the markets in China closed on 13.11). In Japan, the quarterly season was in full swing: for instance, financial conglomerate Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (part of Nikkei 225) published its report for the first half of the fiscal year 2026 on 13 November. The SMFG report was released before the Tokyo trading session began and before the US markets opened. Among the indicators for SMFG was profit growth and stable banking margin metrics (consensus EPS forecast around $0.40 per ADR). Overall, on 13 November, Asian investors' attention was focused on China's tech companies and Japan's financial sector, whose reports reflected mixed dynamics: Chinese tech giants showed double-digit revenue growth, while Japanese banks demonstrated resilient profits against a backdrop of soft economic recovery.

Russia:

On the Moscow market on 13 November, a number of key corporate reports for the 3rd quarter and 9 months of 2025 were also released. The Moscow Exchange (MOEX), operator of major trading venues in Russia, published (expectedly in the second half of the day) its consolidated financial results as per IFRS for the 9 months of 2025. Investors were closely monitoring the exchange's commission revenues and trading volumes—MOEX's results could influence the sentiment of participants in the Russian stock market. Additionally, the largest telecom operator MTS presented its report on 13.11 for the 9 months of 2025 according to IFRS. MTS reported growth in revenue within telecommunications and fintech services and discussed with investors the outcomes of its subsidiary bank's sale (MTS Bank). MTS Bank itself conducted a separate webcast on its results on that day. Overall, the Russian corporate calendar on 13 November was packed with financial releases from domestic companies, although major exporters (Sberbank, Gazprom, Lukoil, etc.) either reported earlier in November or postponed their publications to the end of the month. Nevertheless, the data from the Moscow Exchange and MTS provided local investors with important indicators regarding the state of the financial sector and consumer demand in Russia amidst the challenging macroeconomic environment of late 2025.
